Using Get On A Show

These Terms govern your use of Get On A Show, operated by ZML Corp LLC. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

You must provide accurate information, protect your login credentials, and use the service only for lawful purposes. A parent or legal guardian is responsible for supervising a minor who uses the service.

Casting Listings

Get On A Show helps users discover casting opportunities and reach third-party application pages. We are not the producer, network, casting company, or representative of a listed show unless clearly stated.

Listings, deadlines, eligibility rules, and external links can change. We work to keep them accurate but do not guarantee that any opportunity remains available or that an application will result in contact, an audition, or selection. Use the report feature to flag an inaccurate listing.

Profiles and Photos

You retain ownership of content you submit. You give us permission to store, process, and display that content as needed to provide the service and according to your visibility setting.

You may upload only content you have the right to use. Profile information must be truthful and must not impersonate another person or misrepresent your experience or identity.

Acceptable Use

You may not scrape profiles, harvest contact information, spam users, bypass access controls, upload harmful content, interfere with the service, or use information from the app to discriminate unlawfully, harass, exploit, or deceive anyone.

Casting access may be limited to approved professionals and may be suspended or removed for misuse. We may also suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms or threatens users or the service.

Third-Party Services

The app links to third-party casting and application websites. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, or handling of information. Review their terms and privacy policies before submitting an application.

Service Availability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the service or third-party opportunities.

Changes and Contact

We may update the service or these Terms. Continued use after an update becomes effective means you accept the revised Terms. Questions may be sent through the official support contact listed in the app store listing or on the Get On A Show website.
